e. Most orders will ship motor freight because of size and shipping costs. Residential and other accessorial (inside delivery, re-delivery, etc.) charges are the responsibility of the customer. All IMAX product lines are hand made. Sizes are approximate. Color variations and imperfections are the characteristics of hand craftsmanship. Unless otherwise noted, all glass, ceramic, porcelain and metal items are for decorative use only. These items may contain lead or other materials that are poisonous if ingested. Back orders over $50.00 will ship when available unless otherwise noted on the sales order. All back orders under $50.00 or not shipped within 90 days will be cancelled. Neither seller nor manufacturer shall be liable for any injury, loss or damage, direct or consequential, arising out of the use of or the inability to use the product. Before using, user shall determine the suitability of the products for his/her intended use, and user assumes all risk and liability whatsoever therewith. The preceding statements are made in lieu of all warranties, expressed or implied. Seller’s and manufacturer’s only obligation shall be to replace such quantity of the product proved to be defective if returned within ten days of receipt of merchandise. For Trade Only All new accounts must be paid by credit card (Visa, MC, AE or Discover), or prepaid (by check, TeleCheck/pay by phone or wire transfer). Minimum opening order is $500.00, and minimum re-orders are $500.00. All lines can be combined to meet minimum. Less than minimum will not be accepted. Please note that due to their size and/or weight, many furniture and bulky items must ship via freight carriers. When these items are included with smaller orders (less than $1,000) shipping costs as a percentage could run higher. Net 30 days terms are available after first order and are subject to credit approval. Need three current trade references, one bank reference and minimum one-year business credit history to qualify for credit application. 18% (or $20.00 minimum) finance charge will apply to past due accounts. Returned (NSF) or stop payment checks are subject to $25.00 service charge. Refused shipments will be charged shipping costs plus a 15% restocking charge. Items that have minimum quantities must ship in multiples of minimum. We will select the next multiple if not specified. Prices are FOB Ontario, California and are subject to change without notice. Large quantity discounts are available upon request. Items not listed on price list are discontinued. Claims must be made within 10 days after receipt of merchandise. No claims will be accepted after this time. All returns must be authorized and may be subject to a 15% restocking charge. Returned merchandise must be in original boxes or it cannot be returned for credit. IMAX will not issue call tags. Shipping charges on all returned merchandise must be prepaid. Claims can be made 24 hours a day online at www.imaxcorp.com/service.asp, or by toll-free fax at 800-431-2711. Once shipments are accepted, damaged merchandise is the responsibility of the customer.
